Akshardham Temple Delhi

                       


             Akshardham is a Hindu temple , located in new Delhi , India. Akshardham inspired by Yogiji Maharaj and created by Pramukh Swami Maharaj , it was constructed by BAPS. This temple was officially opened on 6th November 2005 by Pramukh Swami Maharaj. The temple also consist of 234 ornately caved pillars , nine domes and 20,000 murties of Swamis , devotees and acharyas. Each murti is made of panch dhatu or five metals in accordance to hindu tradition.

                 


                Akshardham temple also known as Swaminarayan Akshardham or Delhi Akshardham. Under the temple central dome lies the 11-foot high murti of swaminarayan seated in abhyamudra to whom the temple is dedicated. Akshardham temple dedicated to load swaminarayan that reflects the beauty and spirituality of India's ancient art ,  culture and architecture. Today , the Akshardham temple complex is one of the top tourist places in Delhi. In 2007 , the temple was awarded the title of the largest comprehensive hindu temple in the world by the Guinness world record.  

                    


                        There are various exhibition halls which provide information about the life and work of swaminarayan. The temple was built according to the vastu shastra and pancharatra sastra. The complex features an abhishek mandap , sahajanand water show  , a thematic garden , elaborate welcome gate , musical foundation , premvati aahargruh , akshardham books & gift center and three exhibition hall namely Sahajanand Darshan , Neelkanth Darshan and Sanskruti Darshan. Akshardham  is known for its aesthetic beauty , unique exhibitions , sprawling campus and tranquillity.  

  SAHAJANAND DARSHAN :

          In sahajanand darshan exhibition area where different values like morality , perseverance , non-violence etc are exhibited through animatronic figures and multimedia technology. latest techniques like 3d dioramas ans immersive projection also are wont to convey the timeless values of hindu culture .

NEELKANTH DARSHAN :

                      


            This is often a giant-screen theater were the spiritual and cultural great thing about the country is shown through a 40-minute film titled neelkanth yatra. The film traces the story of the pilgrimage undertaken by load swaminarayan during this teenager years.

SANSKRUTI DARSHAN :

                         

                       At this exhibition area , visitors board a ship and breeze through 10,000 years of India's splendid heritage. During the ride , you undergo exhibits that recount a number of India's greatest contributions. For instance there are exhibits that show a vedic marketplace , a classroom in Takshashila university etc to say a couple of .

 MUSICAL FOUNDATION OR WATER SHOW :

                      

                One among the most attraction of the akshardham temple in delhi is that the one-of-its kind multimedia water show named Sahaj-Anand . The breathtaking show narrates an episode from the kenu upanishad through video projections , colored laser , water jets , underwater flames and surround-sound.

Rani Sipri's Mosque

                                                                        Rani sipri's mosque is located in Ahmadabad , Gujarat. This mosque is built in 1514 by Queen sipri , the Hindu wife of Mahmud Begda , a sultan who ruled Gujarat. It is also known as masjid-e-nagina ( jewel of mosque )  because of the intricate jali carvings on its walls. The queen commissioned this mosque in 1514 when her husband executed their son for some misdemeanor. After her death , the queen was buried in this mosque.
